Malak (Japanese: マラキム05 Marakimu 05 Malakim05) is a boss in Silhouette Mirage. He is a Guardian Angel fought in Shehaqim.
Appearance[]
Malak himself is a yellow fly with large white wings and blue eyes, although he mostly appears as a green chameleon-like Guardian Angel: It has magenta spines and abdomen, although the color changes depending on his attribute. It also has two gray segmented legs with three toes each and a very long snake-like tail made out of many segments with a gray tip. Its "head" has 05 written on its forehead, and a segmented tongue with Malak himself on the end.

Malak is unique in that it creates its own attribute by absorbing the attribute energy from other attacks.
Malak attacks Shyna in Shehaqim. He is a Guardian Angel, so he uses both attributes. Once defeated, Malak gives Shyna the portal to the next area.
Strategy[]
Shyna must hit Malak's tongue with one attribute, then hit the rest of the Guardian Angel with the opposite attribute. She basically sets the attribute for him.
When Malak is pink with the Mirage attribute, he fires homing lasers that can deal great damage to Shyna, so a useful strategy is to try turn him blue with a Silhouette attack.
Etymology[]
- Malak's name comes from the Malakim, which is a rank of angel of the same name from Judaism. The similarity is more noticeable in his Japanese name.
